There are a few facts which you need to know before you get started. We here are going to tell you some of those…..

If you find that there is less than one quarter left of the cigar, then you should put it down on an ashtray and let it go out itself. It is needed to do so for the cigar at that time will start to lose its taste and flavor. It can’t provide you with an exquisite taste till the end. Therefore, when you find the cigare going to the ¼ part which is marked, know that it is the time you let it go. There is a stylish and practical ashtray which is from the Orleans and it looks really luxurious and also the price is modest. It has really wide stirrups (where the cigar rests) and also accommodates the cigars which are bigger and also with a deep bowl which will be enough for a lot of ash.

Never try to show off. Nothing is going to tell that you are an amateur more than if you are going to show off much while smoking cigars. There are holders and some fancy techniques for smoking which show that you are cool person and are casually smoking one cigar. Of course, you can blow the famous smoke rings of course. This is really a cool thing which won’t look flashy anyway. The best thing for smoking naturally a cigar, is to know which brand you will enjoy and then smoke that. If you are a beginner then it is wise to start with a mild one and then slowly work it up to the flavors which are fuller. You will find some cigares from Cuba which are really good.

Never, ever think of chewing your cigar. You are not some grizzled newspaper chief editor or someone who is from World War II. You are not being chased nor being shot and hence you don’t need to chew the cigar tip. Why? Well it’s simply gross! There are fine cigars which are really the work of art and they aren’t definitely meant for you to chomp them off. These have a mild yet rich taste which a smoker from any level will enjoy.

Never ask for a lighter. You are now a cigar aficionado and should be having your own lighter around with you. The worst case can be you asking the bartender for matches. Please never go that far. There are some lighters which are really practical for use and look really good. They are affordable and don’t appear to be flashy or cheap. These are fantastic and functional.
