About the thing which
occurred between Cuba and the US:
Well if you are a cigar lover and you are very much fond of
the Cuban variety of cigars then you must be very much aware of the past which
led to the embargo placed on them. Surely you are aware! However we here are
with the good news that may be soon the embargo will be lifted. It seems that
the US and Cuba are in talks and they have decided to resolve their issues and
along with that also to have the various bans and embargos that were imposed
back in the Cold-War era lifted. Though all aren’t going to occur so fast,
there is now the availability of the Cuban brand of cigars for the American tourists
vacationing in Cuba.
But even before them there are already a number of online
stores for cigars and this has reduced the woes of the cigar lovers who
especially favor the Cuban ones. Cuba has in the early days going on to make a
monopoly in the cigar making industry. And it succeeded to a great extent since
no one did magic with the rolling stogies like them. It got passed down through
generations and the flavor that they had was simply unmatched. It was just like
that of wine and thus the cigar’s flavor depended a lot on the soil in which
the tobacco plant will be grown. And thus nothing can taste equally good, leave
along being superior to the good old Cuban cigars .

will reign in the market:
And there are good reasons for that as well. These things
were going well with the Cuban market and the cigar makers too acknowledged the
superiority that came from this brand. However, there is always a black mark, a
different course in every story and this story is no different. September 15,
1960 was the day and it was the doomsday for Cuba. The soldiers of Fidel Castro
decided to have the greatest thing of Cuba to be taken away from it. They were
aiming for stripping it of its reason of glory or at least popularity. And then
in 1962 the famous embargo came into effect as the US imposed on Cuba and that
made Cuba lose two-thirds of its business. John F. Kennedy prior to the embargo
to come in effect had asked his personal secretary to get him a lot of the cigars of Cuba
as she could. And he got 1200.
Those were sort of dark days for the cigar industry in Cuba.
It was with much struggle and help that the country was able to regain the
footing it had and the credit goes to the Soviet Government. However, the
damage was not only from their side but also the Americans were longing to
savor the rich and thick taste of the Cuban tobacco on their tongue and take
puffs.
The recovery:
